Our highly skilled technicians assisted by computer-aided engineering will analyze and repair your gearbox quickly and efficiently, so downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
In addition, with our on-premises affiliate company, Circle Gear, QRS offers complete machine shop capabilities, including engineering and reverse engineering, fabricating and welding, as well as breakdown service. This enables us to fabricate any gear or component, including casings; if a suitable OEM replacement part is no longer available or is not stocked by the manufacturer. Complete control of all operations in production enables us to offer you much faster and more efficient turnaround on gearbox projects than smaller machine shops that are reliant on external companies.
